The Biden Administration has continued to emphasize the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) as a top priority for 2023. Enforcement has been a key component since the Biden Administration has taken over and OSHA has increased the number of inspectors 19% in 2022 by adding 50 additional inspectors and they have all been trained and released into the field.
