Hirsch Offers New Tajima Embroidery Machine
May 23, 2014
Hirsch Intl. is now offering the Tajima TMAR-KC, a new multihead automatic embroidery machine.
The TMAR-KC’s digitally controlled presser foot adjusts to a fabric’s thickness, making it easier to sew on sheer fabrics, such as tulle, or dense fabrics, such as canvas, with fewer thread breaks and tension issues, according to the company.
A newly designed middle-thread guide allows users to set tension in half the time of a conventional thread guide and needle wobble has been decreased by 60 percent, making it easier to do intricate embroidery, according to the company.
Thread tension can be adjusted on individual needle bars, allowing for the use of a wide range of thin and thick threads. A specialty thread attachment makes it easier to embroider using thick thread and a new crank drive makes the machine more durable, according to the company.
