AnaJet Makes Life Easier for Digital Apparel Printers with New Pretreated Shirts

AnaJet has announced the release of pretreated black shirts in a variety of sizes. For busy apparel printers, factory pretreated shirts offer a big time savings and allow for more consistent results due to professional application of the pretreatment solution. Using pretreated shirts helps assure consistent high quality results and can ultimately result in lower operating costs due to far fewer rejects.  For years, AnaJet has offered a pretreatment kit and instructions for its customers on how to properly pretreat shirts and other garments to prepare them for optimal printing success. The process, which involves mixing chemicals and maintaining spray gun equipment, can be time consuming and messy. “Customers have always appreciated that we offered free training on the pretreating process and our do-it-yourself kit remains very popular, but many customers have been asking for a pretreated product like this to make life easier and we are happy to deliver it,” said Tod Farmer, VP of Operations at AnaJet. AnaJet is also excited to announce the launch of a new lower cost ink called SPECTRUM. For customers currently using mPower printers along with PowerBright Ink, the new SPECTRUM Ink is compatible with existing printers and the cartridges are the same size.
