The new Model 1020 Oversized heat press features a large 39.4-inch x 47.2-inch (1 meter x 1.2 meter) upper platen as well as an automatic reciprocating dual tray system. In addition, Model 1020 features two powerful air cylinders to produce even pressure for an ideal combination of increased productivity and reliability. With its efficient footprint, oversized platens, dual lower trays and automatic operation, Model 1020 excels in versatility and production capabilities.

Also new is the Model 256 Manual Swing-Away heat press with Insta’s original Quick-Change™ feature. It allows the lower platen to be switched out rapidly with any of Insta’s new accessory platens. In a matter of seconds, Quick-Change allows customization to suit various applications and applying transfers onto pockets, sleeves, or pant legs becomes easier.
