Designed to meet the growing demand for short-run die cutting, the Standard Horizon RD-4055DMC Rotary Die Cutter can die cut, crease, perforate, slit, hole punch, and round corner in one process for both digital and offset printed sheets. The system is ideal for producing a variety of unique applications, even those requiring an additional folding process after die-cutting such as boxes, pocket folders, and greeting cards. The RD-4055 features easy change-over and simple operation via color touchscreen, and can achieve up to 6,000 cycles/hour on sheet sizes up to 15.74” x 21.65”. The new Dual Magnetic Cylinder (DMC) allows for magnetic and pin-registered mounting of matching male and female dies, and provides additional creasing and embossing patterns to suit a wider range of substrates and light packaging applications.
