The company’s presence at North America’s largest print show comes as it announces the establishment of a new US company, which operates autonomously from its European mother company. The new company has offices and warehousing in Miami, Florida and is staffed by sales executives and certified engineers to offer support and expert advice to its rapidly growing US customer base. The new office in Miami will act as a strategic location that will be able to service the whole country. From here stock will be dispatched to other US destinations ensuring overnight shipments, as well as to Latin America.
The DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES physical presence in the US is further supported by the company’s new content-based e-commerce website, which better matches US customer needs and improve user experience. The site provides comprehensive information on all aspects of the company’s tens of thousands of spare parts, tools and equipment for the digital wide format community.
At SGIA, DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES staff will be on hand to explain the benefits of its offering, and throughout the show will be demonstrating the ease of specifying and replacing printer spare parts. Throughout three days, you will learn how to confidently test and replace printer spare parts yourself including printheads, pumps, motors, sensors and a whole lot more.
