SALT LAKE CITY, Mar. 6, 2018 — At the upcoming International Sign Expo, Onyx Graphics, Inc., will be providing a first glimpse of the next major release of ONYX software, available for the full range of ONYX solutions including ONYX Thrive and ONYX RIP products. Additionally, the company will be showcasing the latest features in ONYX Hub software including job costing. Demonstrations will be held in the Onyx Graphics booth 5213 at the International Sign Expo, March 22-24 in Orlando.
This latest release builds upon industry leading ONYX software version 12.2, a five-time award winner for business solutions, color management, RIP and print workflow solutions in 2017. It offers users a new color experience with next-level power and reliability, making print production easy. “This upcoming release promises to disrupt wide- and grand-format printing with next-level performance, color, and output that print service providers can prove to their customers,” said Kevin Murphy, president of Onyx Graphics.
New job costing feature in ONYX Hub software
Onyx Graphics understands the pain of not knowing where money is being spent in a print environment. ONYX Hub software, a business intelligence tool that provides easy-to-understand data across a print service provider’s entire site, now features job costing with ink, media, printer and labor rate costs all rolled into one intuitive dashboard. With costing as a new feature, business owners and production managers now have the tools to help identify these costs, enabling them to give accurate estimations and answer the question, ‘did I make money on this job?’.
