Advanced LED touch screen controls allow for customized vacuum delays for high production needs, inspection lights and “on-the-fly” exposure settings. One can easily program and select different exposure times based on mesh count, emulsion, coating techniques or any other important parameters.
Lawson’s LED-5000 exposes most liquid emulsion and capillary film screens in under 45 seconds. This results in rapid screen exposure, eliminates undercutting, assuring the finest resolution and halftones possible. The digital control system guarantees consistence and the ability to easily adjust exposure times.
