Laminators Inc. has appointed Jason Stone its new Western Regional Sales Manager for their flourishing Sign Division. Residing in Sandy, Utah, Stone will focus on the Northwest and Southwest states, which include, but are not limited to Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Arizona and Nevada.
As Regional Manager, Stone is responsible for performing field promotional work and relationship management to sell and develop new business. This includes working with current major accounts as well as developing new territories and new industries. Some of Stone’s main responsibilities consist of demonstrating products/services and providing product application advice to the customer, as well as coordinating company technical engineering services to develop solutions for the customers’ needs. He will play a key role in increasing the regions’ sales volume and profitability.
Stone has 25 years of sign market experience in various levels of sales and management at every level of the market. He ran the small sign shop, Budget One Hour Sign, (currently a Sign-A-Rama franchise) for 7+ years; spent 10+ years at Regional Supply in Salt Lake City (a Laminators Sign Distributor); and for roughly 7 years, was SA International's North American Channel Sales Manager, representing the company as an outside sales representative — calling on sign distributors throughout North America. Stone holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the University of Utah.
