“With Lift’s rapid growth it was necessary to continue to invest in the top talent in the industry. As the market conditions evolve for the print industry, we address the changing dynamics through our product offering, our processes, and our people. Morgan and Henkel will add depth to our growing team and enhance the customer experience,” said Tim Saur CEO, Lift Software.
Morgan comes to Lift being involved in the graphic arts industry his entire life. From working at his dad’s shop early on, to holding various positions with some of the largest shops in the Boston area, to owning his own business.
After selling his graphics business in 1998, Morgan has been engrossed in software, most recently as Regional Sales Manager with Avanti. He provided support to the product management team, identifying and writing/reviewing specifications for development, to best understand the print production process.
“I am excited to join the team at Lift Software. The company is a fast-growing venture supported by a strong parent company," says Morgan. “I look forward to working with customers and prospects to help show an investment in Lift Software will increase the return within their operation.”
Alyssa Henkel joins the Lift team as a Lift Software Project Manager. Alyssa brings to Lift six years of experience working in the printing industry. Alyssa’s experience and understanding of the software industry will be an important part of our success with Lift. Previously, Alyssa was an ERP Specialist at Flower City Printing, where she played a key role in implementing two ERP systems for the company.
“I am excited to join the Lift Team and to be able to help implement and support such a great product.” states Alyssa. “I look forward to connecting with our customers and working to provide them the best solutions.”
Joining Lift Software, Henkel will be assisting in the implementation of the software, as well as creating documentation and training programs to insure a successful implementation. She will also be a focal point of support, once the system goes live.
