Last summer and fall, the company expanded it’s 30,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space at Dun-Lap with a new 22,000 sq. ft. addition, enabling the consolidation of the manufacturing facilities previously housed at Vernon Graphics in Newton, Iowa, with those at Dun-Lap in Unionville, Mo. This involved moving all equipment, raw materials, and finished goods inventories.
“We’re very excited to bring all our Midwest manufacturing resources to one location,” noted Chris Vernon, president and CEO of The Vernon Company. “For many years, Vernon Graphics and Dun-Lap have been working together seamlessly on various customer orders. This consolidation enables us to find greater efficiencies while expanding our overall capabilities, and extends the Vernon brand and corporate identity business beyond traditional promotional products. Our ability to meet growing customer needs with a trusted installer network and enhanced programs, services, and production capacity is ideal for our large and national clients. In addition, we’re now fortunate to have all Vernon Midwest graphics operations covered under ISO-9001 quality certification which is imperative to us and our clients.”
With these newly expanded manufacturing facilities, Vernon Graphic Solutions continues to offer the graphic and signage solutions its clients who need farm equipment safety and warning decals to large custom fleet and vehicle graphics and wraps. The company also specializes in custom kitting and fulfillment services. Its ew name underscores its commitment to always put customers first and to provide them with the graphic solutions they need.
After May 1, the company website will be www.vernongraphicsolutions.com.
