Last year, Prisma acquired two Nashville-based print manufacturing companies creating what is now known as Prisma Nashville. The Nashville, Tennessee operation will move into a new 109,000 sq.-ft facility in fall 2022. These significant investments have positioned Prisma as a national player in the marketing logistics space, creating bicoastal efficiencies for nationwide clients.
“Prisma has experienced tremendous growth since our founding in 1980,” says Bob Anderson, Prisma president and CEO. “With our new Nashville operation expanding, we were eager to partner with a strategic investment partner to help us execute on our growth strategy. Our two locations can now ship two-day ground to more than 85% of the U.S.”
Anderson describes the partnership as financial and strategic and is expected to have little impact on the day-to-day operations of both Prisma Phoenix and Prisma Nashville. Anderson will remain CEO with James Hill as COO. The current leadership structure will remain intact and the reporting structure will not change for employees.
“Prisma’s growth strategy can now further our expansion into other markets and to acquire diverse companies to complement Prisma’s business solutions,” said Hill. “The support from CenterGate will accelerate these plans and reinforce Prisma’s ability to maintain best-in-class service to our clients.”
“The Prisma team has created an industry-leading, tech-enabled platform. We look forward to partnering with Prisma to help them scale their capabilities and achieve continued success,” says Jeff Kovick, managing director of CenterGate Capital. "The partnership represents a significant accomplishment for Prisma’s leadership team and the entire organization in both Phoenix and Nashville, and with the additional support from CenterGate, I am thrilled for Prisma’s future."
