GSG, a leader in the screen, digital and sign equipment and supply industry, has announced its acquisition of the assets, business, operations and employees of the Denver location of Montroy Sign and Graphic Products.
The Montroy Denver location will continue to operate as Montroy until Jan. 27, 2023, at which time it will close and will reopen on Feb. 1, 2023 as GSG. The address and local phone number will remain the same and deliveries and shipments will resume on Feb. 1, 2023 fully operational under the GSG brand.
Jim Wilson, president of Montroy Sign and Graphic Products states, “For the past 10 years it was our goal to profitably service Colorado with the product lines that we represent. Unfortunately for us, the Colorado market is best serviced by a more comprehensive offering, so a decision was made to move away from that market. GSG having a more diverse range of products, including screen printing, and their great service will enable them to reach out to a broader group of customers and I am sure this will result in an excellent location for them. Happily, GSG has retained our team so customers should experience a smooth transition going forward. We are thankful for the great support we got from our loyal Colorado accounts and wish the best for the future.”
