Children's Product Safe Act

The CSPA has developed a list of chemicals that manufacturers must report on. The reporting rule for this legislation was finalized in July 2011. Reporting dates are dependent on the type of product and the size of the company. The size of your company dictates when you will be required to submit annual reports based on the products sold into the state. Children's clothing is considered a children's product for this reporting requirement.
