Footballs/Fisheyes

Problem

Blisters on surface or along edge of finished product.

Solutions

• Lower temperature on one or both of the heat shoes or rollers.
• Excessive moisture in the graphics may cause problem, allow ink to dry completely. 
• The machine may be running too slow.
• Cooling fans may not be working. Check cooling fans.
• The rubber laminating rollers are not clean. Clean rollers.
