Mixed Media: Create Unique Effects That Stimulate Sales

Mixed media in the decorated apparel industry is simply a process that incorporates at least two different embellishment processes in a single design. For example, you can create a mixed media design by simply combining screen printing and embroidery. This process is done in two steps. In the first step, a background color or scene is screen printed onto the garment. After the printing is completed and dried, the garment is then hooped so the embroidery machine can fill in the foreground objects.
