Mimaki USA, a manufacturer of wide-format inkjet printers and cutters, has launched “Print with Compassion,” a series of educational sessions and hands-on training using Mimaki products, that will produce real-world objects and materials for use by local communities and organizations throughout the U.S.
The Print with Compassion program is Mimaki USA’s way of giving back to local communities and charities, while helping its customers learn new ways of using digital print technologies. Participants in this ongoing program may produce play mats and pencil cases for a day care, wall graphics for a food closet, or customized stickers that are distributed by local police to calm an anxious child. At the same time, participants will gain application versatility knowledge to confidently take on new business. Print with Compassion schedules will be regularly posted at www.printwithcompassion.com.
