Drytac is pleased to announce the latest model in its line of second generation JetMounter roller laminators. The JM63 Pro XD, a versatile, freestanding roller laminator with a 63 inch (1600 millimeter) laminating width, is an outstanding solution for those seeking a heavy-duty machine at a fraction of the cost.
The new model can be used with thermal overlaminates as well as pressure sensitive overlaminates and adhesives. It touts a full array of features, including a top roller with adjustable temperature to 248° F (120° C); large diameter non-stick silicone rollers; adjustable speed control up to 20 feet (six meters) per minute; a maximum nip opening of two inches (50.8 millimeters); and five auto-grip supply and take-up shafts with brake tension control on the operator side.
According to product manager Nate Goodman, “The Pro XD was designed to last. A huge advantage of the machine is its ability to repeat jobs consistently, and it has features that provide greater control for the operator.”
