Roland DGA (2015 SGIA Expo Gold Sponsor, Booth #3626) has added new HeatSoft PLUS heat transfer material (HTM3) and polyester transfer mask (PTM2) to its lineup of media offerings.
Roland HeatSoft PLUS heat transfer material is a thin, inkjet-printable polyurethane heat transfer media that images well and stretches and weeds easily. Compatible with eco-solvent printers, it yields print quality, fine detail and vibrant color, making it ideal for producing graphics with a soft hand for t-shirts, sports apparel and accessories. The unique qualities of HeatSoft PLUS transfer material allow the application of graphics to cotton, polyester and poly-blend, in addition to spandex/Lycra and leather. Capable of withstanding up to 50 wash cycles, HeatSoft PLUS transfer material is also very durable. Additionally, HeatSoft PLUS is CPSIA-certified, assuring the safety of this media for use on products designed for infants and children.
New Roland HeatSoft PLUS polyester transfer mask is specially designed for use with HeatSoft PLUS transfer material. Composed of 100 percent polyester and featuring a medium tack adhesive, PTM2 transfer mask ensures the dimensional stability of Roland’s thin, stretchy HTM3 during transfer, making the process fast and simple.
