Systematic Automation Inc. Announces New Screen Printing Machine

Systematic Automation Inc. has developed a unique automatic inline cylindrical screen printing machine. The machine has a modular design and can be built as a one-color, or up to six colors. Each color has a dedicated 400 watts-per-inch UV curing station and a patented UV shutter system to manage UV light and heat. The machine is designed for decorating a wide range of plastic products of varying shapes and sizes. Standard pretreatment options such as corona and flame are available.
