AnaJet Recall Information

  AnaJet, Inc. has identified potential safety hazards/concerns associated with its mPower and mPower i-series Direct to Garment Printer including that:
  • The product, which includes a laser component, has not yet been labeled as compliant with laser regulations enforced by the Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) of the United States Food and Drug Administration.
  • The product does not include labeling showing its certification by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL).
  • Certain internal electrical components are at risk of shorting and overheating. It is possible this may pose a fire hazard.
Because of the potential safety hazards/concerns, if these items have not been addressed, please immediately discontinue use of the AnaJet mPower and mPower i-series Direct to Garment Printer, unplug the product and do not use the product until further notice. Anajet, Inc., at its expense, will repair the mPower or mPower i-series Direct to Garment Printer.  All affected printers will be repaired in the field.  Although Anajet, Inc. does not anticipate shipment, where necessary, Anajet, Inc. shall pay the transportation costs directly at time of shipment. If you have not already been contacted by Anajet and had the necessary corrections made, we ask that you contact us immediately at 1-888-627-1109 between 9:00am - 5:00pm ET (Monday through Friday), or complete this form to schedule an appointment so that a service technician may perform the necessary corrections to your printer.
