The installation of these new systems will bring GSP’s total number of cutting and routing systems to seven.“These new cutters will allow us to be even more creative to match our customers’ needs, while still retaining our quick-turn production efficiency,” said Vice President of Operations Elaine Scrima. “From intricate lettering and signage to floor graphics, 3D POP displays and tradeshow exhibits, our new cutting systems are high-precision machines that let us create the detailed work worthy of the great retail brands we serve. In addition to their large work surfaces, these high volume cutters adapt easily to a variety of materials: vinyl, cardboard, acrylic, foamcore, wood… there are endless possibilities,” she added.
“Zund also strives to be as eco-friendly as possible, which is as important to GSP as our leadership in print production quality. Their cutting systems are optimized with built-in vacuum generators to be energy efficient. That matters a lot in our multi-shift, high-volume operation,” Elaine said proudly.
