St. Louis, MO – Lawson Screen & Digital Products announced the M2-Encore as the latest addition to its pioneering line of screen printing conveyor dryers. The Lawson M2-Encore answers the call for a small, compact all electric screen printing dryer that is a cure-all for plastisol, water based and discharge screen printing ink.
An entry level t-shirt dryer engineered for versatility and powerful enough to handle smaller production needs, the M2-Encore has many of the same features of more industrial dryers but is suited for printers in small spaces. This compact dryer is perfect for tight fits and small spaces. It can even go through a small doorway or stairwell. The M2 Encore fits where many dryers cannot.
The M2-Encore can cure everything from t-shirts, sweatshirts and jackets to caps, heat transfers and more. With a minimum of 6000 watts of heating power, the M2-Encore can handle upwards of 260 t-shirts per hour, depending on shop variables. The powerful heat output helps increase production so you can print and produce more t-shirts, hoodies and long sleeve shirts per hour.
With independent temperature controllers that allow precise control over each color-blind I.R. panel zone, you get ultimate control while your t-shirt or garment is in the oven chamber. The entire heat chamber, including the end and bottom panels, features layers of high-temperature fiberglass insulation. This special full wrap design keeps the heat inside the chamber and promotes warm air circulation within the oven to help cure garments quickly and efficiently.
Whether you are starting a new screen printing business, in need of a second small conveyor dryer or are just looking for the best value screen printing dryer, the M2-Encore is for you.
