Anstadt honored for its innovative and creative work for local business
YORK, PA. (March 26, 2018) — Anstadt Communications, a subsidiary of The Anstadt Company, a fifth generation and family-owned print communications and marketing services provider based York, Pa., has been announced as a recipient of the 3rd annual HP Inkspirations Awards. Anstadt was honored in the Custom Products category for its creative project with a specialty men’s clothing store to help promote unique gifts in the craft cocktails scene.
The Third Annual HP Inkspiration Awards Americas is a contest that celebrates best-in-class print projects using HP digital technology, including HP Indigo Presses, HP PageWide Web Presses and HP Scitex Presses.
HP and Dscoop collaborated to create the HP Inkspiration Awards Americas in 2015. The awards program recognizes the most innovative work produced with HP digital printing technology. In its first three years, the contest received 500 submissions from over 186 companies throughout the U.S., Canada and Latin America, and 60 awards have been presented.
“The winning entry originated from a project with Ellicott and Company, a high-end boutique store in Lancaster, PA. Our customer wanted to create a special gift card set featuring classic cocktail recipes that they could sell in their store for the holiday season,” said Matthew Doran, President and CEO of The Anstadt Company. “Using Anstadt’s portfolio of HP Indigo 12000 and 7900 digital presses, combined with Scodix Print Enhancement Technology, enabling the creation of a high-end, eye-catching, multi-sensory piece.”
“The customer was so impressed and happy with the results that they launched additional gift card sets using similar technologies, and we are currently in development with Ellicott and Co. to create a potential third line,” Doran added.
Anstadt received the award at Unleashing Print: Dscoop Dallas on March 25. A total of 16 awards were presented to 13 customers and designers in multiple categories across General Commercial Printing and Labels and Packaging for unique applications produced on HP Indigo, PageWide Web Press, and Scitex print technology. Nearly 200 entries from more than 75 HP customers and designers were received for the competition.
