FUJIFILM Joins Forces with Edale to Distribute All-New Flexo Label and Packaging Presses Within the Americas

FUJIFILM North America Corporation (SGIA Expo Booth 1119), Graphic Systems Division strengthens its packaging segment line-up by signing distribution agreement with Edale Ltd. Fujifilm will distribute Edale’s range of flexographic label and packaging printing presses across North and South America, complementing its label and packaging product portfolio. Fujifilm is launching the new Edale FL3, a 17” six-color flexo press equipped with AiiR (Autonomous Register setup and motorized inking and impression pressure adjustment), automated finishing. The press will employ Fujifilm FLENEX Water Wash Flexo Plates, Fujifilm Illumina COLDCURE LED curing lamps and Fujifilm 300 Series LED UV inks. This new press is now available for live demonstrations at Fujifilm’s Americas Technology Center, in Hanover Park, Illinois and will also be showcased at Labelexpo Americas 2018, in Rosemont, Illinois, September 25 - 27, within Fujifilm booth 5621. “We chose Edale for our flexo printing platform because of its solid 60 year history in building state of the art presses, and the ability to add value with Fujifilm’s unique technology, provide compelling solutions for efficient package printing to our customers,” said Todd Zimmerman, division president, FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Graphic Systems Division.
