Brother DTG Releases End of Life Equipment Policies

As Brother DTG continues to do research and development to offer innovative solutions for digital direct-to-garment printing, it phases out older equipment to make room for the new. As older models are discontinued, decisions are made on the length of time replacement parts will continue to be manufactured for a dwindling pool of machines that remain active in the marketplace.
Two former models, the GT-541 and GT-782, which were last sold in 2012, are coming to the end of their projected life span. Consequently, replacement parts and consumables for these machines may not be available after May 31, 2020. Any customers still actively using these machines should plan accordingly.
All online technical documentation will still be available; however, free online technical support also will end. Customers may choose to pay for telephone or email assistance for the GT-541 and GT-782 starting on June 1, 2020. For detailed information on how to pay for telephone and/or email support, visit BrotherDTG.com/lifecycle.
