FDC Graphic Films announces that George Marsh, VP of business development, will retire effective May 1, 2020, after 35 years in the self-adhesive signs, graphics, and roll label industry.

Marsh has been a key member of the FDC senior management team for over 14 years in several roles including VP general manager and VP of sales and marketing.

Before FDC, his industry experience included leadership roles with Mactac and Avery Dennison Marking Films Division, with a broad background in marketing and sales.

Marsh is retiring in northeast Ohio, which is closer to family and friends. His plans include traveling with his wife, Mary Beth; helping their son, Brian, and daughter, Meredith, with projects; golfing; and volunteering — plus, he says, having some personal time to relax.

Over the next six weeks, Marsh will be working together with incoming VP of Business Development, Patrick Powers.

Powers joins FDC with over seven years of sales, product management, and business development experience, most recently as VP of global sales, Advanced Release Solutions of Infiana USA, which produces engineered and innovative films for the consumer, industrial, and pressure-sensitive markets.

Before that, Powers served as sales director, EMEA of Arlon Graphics, Inc.
