ColDesi Inc. is excited to announce the arrival of Kristie Brannon as a customer care representative and Martin (Marty) Davis as an account manager.
Brannon brings 18 years of experience in customer service including three years of direct experience in the decorated apparel industry. She also adds unique expertise in bling and the CAMS rhinestone transfer machine.
“We are excited to have her on board and feel she will have an immediate impact in helping our customers achieve their dreams,” says Joe Smalley, sales manager.
As part of the Customer Care Team, Brannon will be at the forefront of the new customer journey, helping apparel decorators build a successful business through ColDesi’s new Onboarding Program.
Davis, meanwhile, has worked in the graphics industry for over 30 years as a designer, instructor, and workflow specialist, as well as in sales and sales management. However, in the last 10 years he has worked primarily in the wide-format and specialty printing arena.
“Between UV, sublimation, and wide-format digital print solutions, Marty knows each area very well and will be a fantastic resource and contributor to our company success in helping our customers achieve their dreams,” says Alex Duran, sales manager.
As part of the Account Management team, Davis will be instrumental in the continued addition of Mutoh printers to ColDesi’s line of UV products.
“I was attracted to ColDesi after learning about them through one of the manufacturing partners, Mutoh,” says Davis. “I am excited to be part of ColDesi’s continued growth and expansion into new markets.”
When not at work, Marty spends time with his wife Beth and their three dogs. They enjoy traveling, cycling, kayaking and hiking.
Part of a plan for continued growth, hiring Davis and Brannon builds on the successful addition of BestBlanks.com to the ColDesi family of brands.
“All of the organizations we’ve joined with have found homes here, integrated into the ColDesi family of companies. We’re looking forward to BestBlanks.com to be the same!” says Scott Colman, president of the ColDesi group.
