GPO's Quality Assurance Through Attributes Program.

The Quality Control and Technical Department of the Government Printing Office has established a Quality Assurance Through Attributes Program to provide specifications, standards, materials control, process controls, inspection and inspection devices, and quality assurance. The program divided government printing into five quality levels and concentrated on three attributes: printing, bindery, and composition. Graphs explaining the technical procedures used in attribute development and an explanation of acceptance criteria, materials control, process controls, and inspection are included.
