Gravure Cylinder Making by Laser.

By applying a newly developed plastic material to a gravure base cylinder it now has become feasible to engrave by utilization of a laser power source. The savings in both time and cost resulting from this production method will enable gravure to become a viable printing alternative for short run printing jobs.
