New Methods in Halftone Photography.

Advancements in microprocessor technology are contributing to improvements in halftone reproduction. An exposure controller developed by the Macbeth Color and Photometry Division of Kollmorgen Corp., has simplified the task of accurately calculating exposures. Desired densities are fed into the controller which calculates the main, flash and bump exposures. The Three-Point Control and Select % Bump methods are discussed.
