Vermont Chemical Disclosure Program Update!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is unlikely that the Vermont Department of Health will be accepting reports as required by the Chemical Disclosure Program on January 1, 2016. The Department is continuing to work on the development of the online reporting system, including appropriate beta-testing, with the intention of opening the reporting period in Spring, 2016. Once the online reporting system opens, the Department will distribute information and place an announcement on the Department website.
