SGIA Introduces FP3 Conference and Industry Steps Up to Support It
Dec 11, 2017
Five industry-leading companies have stepped forward to sponsor the FP3 — Functional Printing, Process and Products Conference from the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA).
Sponsors to date include The M&R Companies (Diamond level) and FUJIFILM, Memcon and Proell (Platinum level). The dynamic new event for thought leaders in functional printing will come to the Chicago area June 4–6, 2018, and will include a tour of Diamond-level sponsor M&R’s local facilities.
In addition to the plant tour, the robust, peer-reviewed agenda will feature three educational tracks: industrial technologies, business strategies and printed electronics. But what makes FP3 stand out are its opportunities for networking, including a small trade show component where manufacturers and printers can connect.
“Just like cooperation and collaboration are key to innovation in manufacturing and functional printing, they’re also the core of FP3,” said Joyia Marshall, Community Development Manager, SGIA. “Companies in this community may be competitors, but they’re also innovation partners. Whether they’re networking or in educational sessions, attendees will find the innovations they need to take their products, processes and businesses to the next level."
FP3 will take place at the Westin Chicago Northwest hotel in Itasca, Illinois, June 4–6, 2018. For an alert when registration opens, visit FP3Conference.com.
