GSG, a leader in the screen, digital, and sign equipment and supply industry, has announced its acquisition of assets, business, and employees from McBee Supply in Houston, Texas. McBee Supply will transition its inventory and employees to GSG and will be fully operational from the GSG Houston branch July 6, 2021.
Mike McDonnell, president of McBee, will be facilitating this acquisition and will retire closing the transaction. McDonnell states, “I know GSG well and respect them as a good, fair and solid competitor. This was a good opportunity to transition McBee employees as we are not only familiar with each other, our lines overlap and know this is a positive move for my employees.”
Mark Granberry, president of GSG continues, “I have always admired Mike McDonnell and the team at McBee Supply. They value their customers and go out of their way to service their needs. This acquisition will enable GSG to have access to some product lines we have not had in our portfolio, but it also enables us to have the truly dedicated staff of folks at McBee to become a part of the GSG family.
