Pittsburgh, PA--Printing Industries of America (PIA) is please to announce the results of the 2019 Premier Print Awards, the world's most prominent international print competition. This year's competition featured 2,240 entries submitted for the judges' scrutiny, but only 110 were awarded the coveted Benny or Best in Category honors. Truly an international competition, submissions this year hailed from the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay, China, Taiwan, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. To be honored with a Premier Print Award, submissions must exhibit truly superior print quality and exceptional craftsmanship.
The Best in Show honorees will be revealed during the Premier Print Awards Reception & Presentation on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 19 East in Chicago, Illinois. Best of Category winners will be on display that evening prior to the awards presentation, and attendees will have the opportunity to vote for a special People's Choice winner to be handed out live during the event.
Judges additionally awarded 745 Certificates of Merit and 376 Awards of Recognition to deserving submissions. A complete list of Benny winners can be found at www.printing.org/ppawinners.
